Task description:On the first week of school room 8 are writing things about ourselves and what we like and stuff.
Malo e’ lelei my name is Kalylah, I am 10 years old.
My family is from Tonga, and New Zealand. I have one sister and one brother, they both go to kindergarten.
My favourite thing about school is learning new things and playing at morning tea and lunchtime.
My favourite thing to do outside of school is going for a walk with my family in the afternoon.
My favourite sport is netball and squash. I love to play netball because it is a winter sport and because it is a running sport.
And I love to play squash because it kinda reminds me of netball just like a running sport and it also reminds me of tennis with the tennis racket but I just love squash because you get to hit the squash ball onto the wall.
My culture is Tongan,Maori and Samoan. My favourite movie is Brave because there is a princess named Merida who has beautiful red-ish looking hair.
